SME Business Claims Passport
How It Works: Open a free business passport and answer our SLM's questions about the products your business pays for: energy, card payments, banking, finance, telecoms, insurance and more. Our system detects and evidences the breaches, builds the full complaint in the business's name, and you review, click and send. No fee now, no fee at settlement, ever.
One free passport holds every claim the business has. It reads your statements and the Companies House register, checks your products against the rules, builds an evidenced complaint for the business to send in its own name, tracks every reply and deadline, and takes it to the ombudsman free where the business is eligible. Want a firm instead? Every claims firm on the platform works on a no win, no fee basis, and you send the claim in one click.

Yes. Opening and using the business passport costs nothing, at every step, and nothing is taken from any money the business recovers. 100% is the business's.
The business passport is free, and always will be. Wolf provides the infrastructure only. The business always decides.
Regulated claims firms, solicitors and licensed insolvency practitioners pay Wolf for one thing: the build and upkeep of the infrastructure, and a seat in the postcode areas they choose to cover. That is how the platform is funded.
If the business ever wants a firm, it sees every firm holding a seat in its area, in a random order, and picks one, or none. Wolf does not choose, rank or recommend, and never receives a fee, commission or referral payment for the business, its claim, the firm it chooses or the outcome.
UK limited companies, LLPs, sole traders and partnerships, for their own claims. The person who opens it must be a director, member, partner or owner, or authorised to act for the business. Each business holds one passport. Registered companies are matched to Companies House.
Often, yes, free. The Financial Ombudsman takes small businesses with fewer than 50 employees, turnover under £6.5 million and a balance sheet under £5 million. The Energy Ombudsman takes small businesses on similar limits, and the telecoms schemes take businesses with up to 10 employees. The passport checks the size you enter and, where no scheme covers the business, builds a letter before claim instead.
The business can raise its hand inside its passport, choose a regulated firm in its area and send it the claim in one click, with consent. Every claims firm on the platform works on a no win, no fee basis. The agreement is between the business and that firm.
If the business is under pressure, it can record its position and, only if it chooses, send it to a licensed insolvency practitioner seated in its area, with its claims if it wants. Free advice services are shown first. Wolf never gives advice.
Every claim is tested against six gates of the Business Passport Certificate Standard, BPCS/2026.01. When it passes it is certified with a dated reference, an evidence completeness score and its identified value. Anyone the business gives the reference to can check it is genuine on this site. It certifies the record; it is not a promise of any payment.
Documents are encrypted when stored. Wolf AI Labs is Cyber Essentials certified and registered with the ICO (ZC177753). Nothing is shared without the business's choice.
